EXPERIENCES OF UNDERGRADUATES IN PREPARING THE DISSERTATION FOR THE DEGREE IN PSYCHOLOGY AT THE UADER

This work aims to produce knowledge about the experiences of preparing tbeses in tbesis students of the Degree in Psychology from tbe FHAyCS-UADER, and it pay attention to tbe position of tbe subjects of tbese experiences. Categories: experience and subjective position are worked from Walter Benjamín and Jacques Lacan, with the help of Vignale (2011), Rosas (1999); Eidelsztein (2009) and Miller (2011). According to tbe research subject, tbe metbodological strategy chosen is qualitative, using tbe techniques of open interview (Taylor & Bogdan, 1987) and life history interview (Cornejo et al, 2008) for the construction of the data, and identification of meaningful phrases (Badana & Diaz, 2001) and discursive modalizers analysis (Fuentes Rodríguez, 1991) for the analysis. The results lead us to take into consideration the meaning that thesis students give to the thesis and situate the other-pair and the Other-institutional in a central place of the experience. At tbe same time, the analysis of tbe subjective position of thesis students warns about tbe possibilities of the process of making thesis to result in the metaphorical effect: student / psychologist.
