Abstract

In this paper, we address the problematizations and dialogic relationships that arise when configuring Outreach projects within our teaching practice: the Faculty of Management Sciences (FCG) of the Autonomous University of Entre Ríos (UADER), in this case focusing on the Bachelor's Degree in Tourism. We propose to make various constructive contributions by revisiting the institution's own Outreach practices, both from the institutional perspective of UADER and from its key figures, and especially based on the paradigm of critical outreach.

This is proposed based on an analysis of the current regulations for Outreach and the ways in which course plans and curriculum content for the Bachelor's Degree in Tourism are linked in their outreach projects with the local territory and disciplinary content; observing, based on conceptual categories, whether these projects emerge as a curricularization of that Outreach (a modality of the integrality of teaching functions). This review covers the years 2021 to 2023. The postscript includes the regulations issued in 2025.
