Abstract

This article examines specialised academic literature in the Social Sciences from the province of Entre Ríos that focuses on the phenomenon that is poverty. Its objective was to analyse and establish the "gaps" and blinds" of the subject. It was affirmed that there is the need to establish inter-institutional policies between the academy and the government to
understand the phenomenon of poverty considering particularities and characteristics in the regional context.
