Abstract

The  following arride aims at making  an analysis of the novel Donm  the Rabbit Hole by the Mexican  writer Juan  Pablo Villalobos  from  the field of narcoliterature. This  is a subgenre  within Latin American  literary production which has been recognized as one of the most  popular styles, where reality is possibly  triggered  off  by means  of fiction, Regarding its characteristics, the discussed  novel breaks  with sorne of the classic topics  compelled  by the genre. A child's narrative  structure as well as other  strategies, allow not only a demonstration of how fiction attempts the unmasking of the political and cultural naturalisation of the drug trafficking scourge  while envisaging  a new narrative technique.
